It has been a long time coming, and finally the Dynamos executive has dropped the ball on Lloyd Mutasa after a horrendous start to the PSL season.

Dynamos FC yesterday announced the sacking of their coach Lloyd Mutasa following a string of poor results at the start of the 2018 Premier Soccer League season.
Lloyd had been walking on egg shells since he was given a three-game ultimatum last month, with the club hovering in the relegation zone.
That ultimatum seemed to have injected some impetus in the way of results as Dynamos won their next two games, 2-1 against Bulawayo Chiefs and Chapungu respectively.
Even the fans were beginning to believe the Glamour Boys were turning the tide, but Dynamos’ mini-resurgence was cut short after an agonizing defeat at home to Harare City, a result which ultimately led to Mutasa getting the sack.
At the moment, his assistant Biggie Zuze will temporarily take over the reins but whoever will come in will have a mammoth task on their hands with the Harare Giants currently sitting 12th on the log, 17 points off league leaders Ngezi Platinum.
Dynamos also seem short of fire-power in the striking department following the controversial departure of Cameroonian international Christian Epoupa after the club failed to resolve his salary issues.
