The Zvishavane based cash rich side will also host Ferroviario de Beira of Mozambique and Nkana Red Devils of Zambia.
They will play against the Mozambican giants before hosting Zanaco on January 30. The last international friendly will see them take on Nkana on February 3.
Zanaco and Ferroviario managed to reach the group stages of last year’s African Safari campaign. Before they took part, they played friendlies with CAPS United locally.
FC Platinum assistant coach Lizwe Sweswe urged the club management to organise competitive friendly matches for the team before the African safari.
“If we have adequate preparations we will be fine and we will be ready to compete in the African safari. We want friendly matches with good opposition that can even beat us and see where we need to improve,” said Sweswe.
Platinum won the ticket to represent the country on continental level after winning the Castle Lager Premier Soccer League title in the 2017 campaign.
