The Zimbabwe Under-20 football team moved to draw level with Lesotho at the top of Group C after they saw off Angola 1-0 in their second group match of the Cosafa Under-20 Championship currently being held in Zambia.
The game was anything but a breeze for the Young Warriors with Angola more than holding their own and they had to rely on the late heroics of substitute Nasama to seal all three points for them.
Zimbabwe will now have to win their final group match tomorrow against Namibia to boost their chances of progressing to the semi-finals of the tournament as only the top team in each pool advances to the semi-finals, along with the best-placed runner-up
Namibia are still technically in with a chance making it past the group stages as they have three points. While on the other end, Lesotho will fancy their chances as they take on Angola, who are now eliminated.
