Another sweet victory for the Green Machine as Chungwa’s 73rd minute goal was enough to collect 3 points at home.

It took 73 minutes for United to finally breach the Triangle defense as the visitors resolutely guard against their territory.
The opening stanza was characterized by a balanced affair with the ball swinging from one end to the other with both teams taking cautious approaches.
The second half saw the home side showing hunger for goals and the introduction of Nigerian Abasirim Chidiebere changed the complexion of the game as the tempo raised.
In the 73rd minute, Valentine Musarurwa was fouled just outside the box and up stepped the big goalkeeper Edmore Sibanda.
Sibanda’s powerful dead ball was saved, but the rebound fell on the oncoming Dominic Chungwa who made no mistake and tapped in home to ignite some wild celebrations among the Makepekepe faithfuls.
United could have doubled the lead 10 minutes later but Chungwa went for glory instead of passing to a well positioned Chidiebere and the effort was saved point blank.
The match ended 1-0 in favour of Makepekepe.
After the match, Chungwa could not hide his happiness.
“I am super excited that i scored again and it helped us collect 3 points,” he said.
CAPS United assistant coach Fungai Kwashi praised Chungwa.
“We are happy as a team and happy for Chungwa for the goal. We look forward to our next game,” he said.
