Harare giants Dynamos consolidated their lead at the summit of the premier league table as they claimed a 2-1 win over the Sunshine Boys, Harare City, as their search for top honors this season intensifies.
Their two goals came from Peace Makaha and an own goal by Raymond Uchena.
Dembare picked up their 17th win of the season to further underline their title credentials and with Chicken Inn failing to close down the gap at the top courtesy of a 4-0 drubbing at the hands of Highlanders in the Bulawayo derby, the Harare giants are now 3 points clear at the top.
Lloyd Mutasa’s men are beginning to look value for money in as far as the title race is concerned with the Glamour Boys having turned the tide after a rather disappointing start to the season earlier this year.
However, the race for the coveted PSL title is still very much alive with 7 games left to play and it is still very much any man’s guess as to who is going to emerge victorious.
Meanwhile, on the other hand, Chicken Inn appear to be losing their stride as they were hammered 4-0 by Highlanders in the Bulawayo derby. That result saw Chicken Inn officials lose their cool as they hastily left the VIP section having failed to contain themselves in the wake of the horror show that was unfolding before their eyes.
In the other result Triangle and Yadah FC played out a 2-2 draw.
