The four players, captain Hardlife Zvirekwi, Leonard Tsipa, Dennis Dauda and Tafadzwa Rusike are likely not to play Caps United’s third CAF Champions league encounter against the Champions of Libya, Al Ahly Tripoli on Friday at the National Sports Stadium.
The quartet are reported to be nursing various injuries.
Caps United, who are on position three but level on points with second placed USM Alger, badly need maximum points against Al Ahly Tripoli to increase their chances of progressing to the next level.
Top two teams from each will progress to the quarter-finals of Africa’s biggest club competition.
They trail Zamalek, who have 4 points from two games, while Tripoli are bottom of the group with a point after a nil-all draw with the Egyptian side few days ago.
Meanwhile, Makepekepe were held to a one all draw on Sunday against Taurai Mangwiro’s side, Triangle FC at Gibbo stadium.
