HARARE City captain Francesco Zekumbawire left for Tanzania on Thursday for trials with Tanzanian topflight league side Azam.

Azam are also home to Bruce Kangwa who recently left Highlanders to join the lucrative league in Tanzania.
The big Harare City striker is also reported to have attracted interest from Morrocan Football giants Raja Casablanca.
Harare City spokesperson Hope Chizuzu confirmed the development.” Its true Zekumbawire has left for Tanzania today. He has been invited for trials by Azam and he will be there for two weeks,” Chizuzu said.
Zekumbawire who played for Hwange and Harare giants Dynamos before moving to the Sunshine City Boys is likely to seal a deal with Azam before he tries his lucky with Raja Casablanca.
Should he seal the deal, he will join several players who have flocked to the lucrative league in Tanzania.
Some of the players who have joined the Tanzania league include Donald Ngoma, Method Mwanjali, Bruce Kangwa and Brett Amidu.
